We have developed a process to ensure correct and effective diagnosis and repair of todays vehicles. This process is in place to verify that customer concerns are being addressed correctly and tailored to their needs in order to ensure successful repairs the first time.
Step 1 – Customer Interview
In this step we discuss and note the concerns presented by the customer. We discuss vehicle service history, customer experiences related to the issues at hand, and symptoms to best diagnose, duplicate, and address the job at hand. This is an essential fact finding step to ensure that the service and repairs reflect the customer’s needs correctly and efficiently.
Step 2 – Diagnostic Process and Vehicle Report
In this step we perform a full vehicle inspection in an effort to establish a baseline for possible repairs. We use state of the art equipment to gather diagnostic data and create a report that is then presented to the customer. This report is documented in written format accompanied by any visual data required to convey the needs of the vehicle to the customer in a legible and comprehensive manner.
Step 3 – Estimate of Repairs and Authorization
It is important to us that the customers understand and are comfortable with the repairs or services that may be required to their vehicle. The data collected in the previous step is fully discussed and presented to the customer to ensure a complete understanding of the expected service or repairs. Based on this discussion a quote is generated with best possible cost and time foresight in order to gain an approval to facilitate the next step in the repair process.
Step 4 – The Service and Repair
This is where the magic happens. With great care and attention to detail the repairs and service are executed. Even during this step full documentation takes place of further possible findings and the steps necessary to complete the repairs or service in a professional manner. No corner cutting, just honest professional work. We not only take the time to perform the required repairs or service but take additional effort to prevent possible further issues related to the repair at hand. We take great pride in executing our craft and are passionate about the results.
Step 5 – Quality Control
The final step in the process is to ensure the goals set out during the initial stages of the repair process have been met and executed to the highest standard agreed upon. The vehicle is inspected and all work triple checked. The repair outcome is discussed with the customer and execution of the goals set out in the initial stages is summarized to verify the customer’s needs have been met to their satisfaction. The final invoice is discussed and all questions are answered.
